Thankful for Thanksgiving

There is so much to be thankful for this holiday season:

Family members that believe in reading God's Word

(I'll also be thankful when I get my camera fixed!) Children that love to help cook Thanksgiving dinner

(at least one of them did)

Hardworking family preparing an amazing spread and opening their home to us! Four generations were present for this dinner! Enjoying God's creation

(this one took up an unusal interest in guns - he carried this around ALL day!)

My husband, who is a great father, role model and best friend!

Good times

Lots of laughter, play and just fun times with the cousins!

Most of all I am thankful for my salvation through Jesus Christ, without Him I would be a lost soul not knowing what being truly thankful means!

New Day Foster Home is an amazing place. I could say so much more, but I think you could find out more by visiting there yourself! Their passion for children is so evident and their love for them radiates through each child! I trully believe in this place and support everything they do. You could say I've become a little passionate about them and how they care for orphans. They could always use a little help. And seeing how it is the Christmas Season and we will all be doing a little extra shopping, why not try to help them out as well! Currently I know of two ways!
