It's
cold here today - the high was this morning at 35, the low tonight is supposed to be in the teens. We won't be playing outside today so I took some ideas from a friend and a few other blogs and let the kids build a fort in the living room! They quickly finished their school work for this idea! Here they are having a blast and trying to include their little brother!
I must have woken up in a good mood this morning because when the girls woke up I let them put on their brand new aprons their Grandma made for them and help me fix french toast! They had a blast! And I actually think Gracie learned quite a bit.
This is Madilyn in her tap costume for her recital this spring. They are dancing to a song from 101 Dalmations. I think she will make a precious dalmation! Stay tuned for that real soon!

That dalmation costume is adorable!!!! We are a big fan of forts in the living room.....that and our "rice bucket" (large bucket of rice we use indoors as a sandbox) get me through the long winters here. It hasn't been above zero here in over a week!!!!
